Introduction

Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is the most important isocyanate product, and it is also an important basic chemical material for the production of polyurethane materials. TPI is the curing agent mainly used in the manufacture of polyurethane paint and polyurethane coating. To synthesize TDI based on toluene, it is necessary to pass through a period of nitrification reaction, and the TDI is synthesized after several stages of nitrification, reduction reaction and phosgenation reaction after the crystal separation.
