Introduction

Hydrogen peroxide is a colorless transparent liquid with a slight odor of ozone and can be mixed with water in any proportion. Its molecular formula is H2O2 (with molecular weight of 34). Hydrogen peroxide is an economical chemical that is widely used in various industries, such as: bleaching of textiles and pulp, treatment of waste water, manufacture of organic peroxide, medicine, cosmetics, and purification and electroplating of metal.
