Introduction

Polyester polyol is formed through polyester condensation reaction of a dicarboxylic acid and a glycol. As there are many ester functional groups in the structure of polyester polyol, its physical properties, such as rigidity, thermal stability, permeability, oil resistance, and adhesion are better than that of polyether polyol.

Application

Main applications are: adhesives, PU resins, coatings/paints, elastomers, PU elastane fibers, PU foams, PU integral skins, TPU, shoe soles, etc.
